Christmas has become a high-tech operation that is executed with precision by Santa every year. Santa’s oldest son Steve oversees the advanced technology and complex operations that go into to delivering presents to all of the boys and girls of the world, while his other son Arthur contents himself responding to the letters sent to Santa every year. When one Christmas Santa accidentally forgets to deliver a toy to a little girl, Santa and his sons must do everything they can to make sure this mistake is fixed and Christmas is saved.
